Access & authentication
Customers can browse the menu and place orders without creating an account. Order management tools used by Stalbe's staff are protected behind authenticated, role-restricted access enforced on the server.
Platform & hosting
The site runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides managed hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure with TLS in transit. These are platform capabilities, not independent certifications.
Data we collect
- Contact name and phone number you provide at checkout.
- Delivery address when you choose delivery.
- Order details (items, totals, notes, payment method).
We use this information only to prepare, deliver, and support your order.
Subprocessors & integrations
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, auth.
- Telegram — order notifications to the Stalbe's team.
- Google Places — optional address autocomplete (only when you type an address).
Retention & deletion
Order records are retained to fulfil orders and meet our bookkeeping obligations. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details below.
